There was chaos at Chikaonda Trading Centre in the area of Traditional Authority Kadewere in Chiladzulu district as two men fought over a lady dancer.
According to Patrick, the two men were fighting over a woman who danced at a certain view show that a local singer, Bololo organized at the trading centre.
He said the woman in question identified as Stella was dancing in a breath taking way that most men who were present at the scene wanted to have a chat with her, up to the extent that some started quarrying over her.
“The men who were present at the show wanted to chat with her because the woman danced very well, we all know that everyone wants good things in life and that is why men were after her,” he said.
Patrick said after sometime he saw two men seriously slapping each other while saying Stella will chat with me first respectively.
“People at the show started laughing at the two men because they were fighting for nothing since after the show Stella went straight to her boyfriend and they left the scene,” he added.
Commenting on the same issue Kelvin, eye witness said the two fighters were drunk and that was why their sense of reasoning was very low.
“Had it been that they were in their right senses they would have not fought for the dancer for no reason, i was thinking that they were fighting for something big,” he said.
Dancers on stage during shows are there to spice up the events not for people to kill each other for.
