Chinese National Arrested For Assaulting Two Malawian Labourers In Mzuzu

Reports reaching this publication indicates that a Chinese National Cheu Wen Jun has been arrested in Mzuzu for allegedly assaulting two labourers who are working at China State Construction Limited, a firm that is working on the construction of a library at Mzuzu University.

According to Mzuzu Police Public Relations Officer Paul Tembo, the suspect has been charged with common assault.

Wen Jun will appear before court soon.
