People of Mphonongo village in the area of Chief Wimbe in Kasungu District are gripped with fear after suspected marauding hyenas killed a man in the wee hours of Thursday.
The man identified as Hezekiah Mwale was attacked on his way from Mtunthama trading Centre where he went to drink beer.
A villager, Mr Osman Sangala says Mwale’s remains were found this morning at Mphonongo grave yard after tracking blood spots.
“He was badly endured, “said Sangala.
Kasungu National Park Division Manager, Timothy Maseko Chana says he was yet to get information on the incident.
