The Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) has seized a property belonging to a dead man whose remains were exhumed in Eastern Province two months ago forcing the widow to take legal action.

A Mr Suzyo Nyika who was believed to be close Associate to Former Republican President Dr Edgar Chagwa Lungu died last year 2021 At his Farm when he went to visit in Eastern Province.

According to the Petition Filed in the Lusaka high court by Lusenga Mulongoti and Advocates , the Deceased’s wife Ms Thelma Maunga has Challenged ACC’s Action over the illegal Seizure of the Property adding that her Late Husband can’t reasonably defend himself.
