Malawian Man Kills Himself After Texting His Father Expressing His Death Wish

A 24 year old Malawian takes his own life after he texted his father on WhatsApp expressing his death wish in Lilongwe.
The deceased has been identified as Patrick Kamboya, police confirmed.
However, reasons behind his decision to kill himself are not known.
Later he was found hanging in a tree.
Lilongwe police deputy publicist Foster Benjamin said no foul play has been suspected.
Kamboya hailed from Kango village, Traditional Authority Njewa in the district.
Meanwhile, Lilongwe Police Station is greatly concerned with rising suicide cases in the district.
