Matamela Cyril Ramaphosa (born 17 November 1952) is a South African businessman and politician who, since 2018, has served as the fifth democratically elected president of South Africa, as well as president of the African National Congress (ANC) since 2017. From 2014 to 2018, Ramaphosa served as secretary-general to ANC president Nelson Mandela, as deputy president to President Jacob Zuma, and as chairman of the National Planning Commission. He was previously an anti-apartheid activist, a trade union leader, and a businessman.
Following his pending allegations, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa has been given 24 hours to resign from the presidency, or South African citizens will vote for another political party in the upcoming elections in 2024. This happened after Cyril Ramaphosa refused to step aside, for the reason that if he stepped aside, it would seem as if he was interfering with the investigation.
Cyril Ramaphosa, who is currently facing criminal allegations of money laundering, bribery, kidnapping, and human trafficking, has betrayed the trust of South African citizens after being allegedly involved in the 4 million dollar heist that took place on his farm in Limpopo.
Let’s follow the procedure. Let’s do the right thing once. If he has to be removed, then he must step aside until the case is over. You can’t be at work while there’s a pending case against you while you forced the likes of Ace Magashule and Zweli Mkhize to step aside pending their investigation.

Stepping aside means the investigation will be unbiased, fair, and reasonable. As it stands, this investigation will be manipulated to favor your interests and those of your CR17 donors.
