President Lazarus Chakwera will today hold an emergency meeting with his partners in the Tonse Alliance.
The meeting will be held at Kamuzu Palace this afternoon.
The Alliance for Democracy (AFORD), the Peoples Party and Umodzi Party leaders have confirmed of the attendance.
The meeting comes barely two days after President Chakwera stopped delegating duties to the Vice President Dr. Saulos Chilima on grounds that he is implicated in Zuneth Sattar’s corruption scandal.
Chilima has since denied the allegations.
