Chilima says his humbleness is not foolishness

Vice President Saulos Chilima has said he humbled himself prior to June 2020 elections but the gestured should not be interpreted as foolishness.
Chilima said this when addressing United Transformation Movement (UTM) supporters gathered outside his house in Lilongwe.
Chilima did not elaborate or give context to the statement.
He then urged his supporters to remain calm and not lose hope saying all will be well.
Meanwhile, Chilima has left for State House to attend a Tonse Alliance partners’ meeting.
