Death has been announced of Mrs. Ruth Nyirenda, a mother to Nyasa Big Bullets Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Suzgo Nyirenda.
Nyirenda’s mother died on Monday in Lilongwe.
Nyasa Big Bullets Football Club has confirmed of the development in a statement posted on its official facebook seen by this publication.
“Nyasa Big Bullets FC is saddened by the passing of Mrs. Ruth Nyrenda, mother to our CEO, Suzgo Nyirenda. She passed on Monday, 27 June 2022, in Lilongwe.
“On behalf of the entire Bullets family, we convey our heartfelt and deepest sympathy to Suzgo and the Nyirenda family,” reads in part the statement.
The body of Nyirenda’s mother will be laid to rest this coming Tuesday at HHI Cemetery, according to the statement.
“The body of Mrs. Nyirenda has departed Lilongwe for Blantyre where a vigil will take place in Chitawira Township, behind Chitawira Primary School, House Number 505. The burial of Mrs. Nyirenda is on Wednesday, 29 June 2022 at HHI Cemetery. May Her Soul Rest in Peace,” added the statement.
