A grouping calling itself General Membership Malawi Congress Party has said on Tuesday July 5, 2022 will hold a media briefing to address the nation on emerging issues.
In a statement signed by the grouping National Coordinator Alex Major, the briefing will take place at MCP Region Head office in Area 3, Lilongwe.
According to the statement, among other issues to be addressed are to do with corruption, to respond the address by the country’s vice president who I also the president for the United Transformation Movement (UTM).
Major added that they will also tackle on the press briefing which was held by MCP secretary General Eisenhower Mkaka, how MCP is being run and MCP convention next year.
The briefing comes few days after Chilima made revelations of what is inside the Tonse Alliance agreement and a response made by Nation executive Committee of MCP.
