MK5,000 bank note wins global beauty pageant

Malawi’s five thousand kwacha bank note has been chosen as the global best currency for the year 2022.
Officials from one of the global currency printers G+D presented the award to Reserve bank of Malawi Governor Dr Wilson Banda in Lilongwe on Friday.
Among others, the bank note has been chosen for its security features.
