Information reaching this publication indicates that Police in Lilongwe have arrested Kingsley Mpaso and five others who are behind the ongoing demonstrations in the capital Lilongwe.
The six have been arrested outside their lawyer’s office in Lilongwe.
Mpaso has confirmed the development saying the law enforcers cite illegal assembly for the arrest.
Among the six, three are security team members, according to information at hand.
Meanwhile, the situation is still tense in Lilongwe as teargas is all over.
