The head teacher of Chuho primary school in Uganda has been sentenced to 18 years imprisonment after he was convicted of aggravated defilement. Wilson the head teacher has been sleeping with the victim since she was admitted into the school.
Wilson Habiyakale, 39, was convicted on Friday after a successful prosecution following his arrest and subsequent arraignment in court in March this year when he was formally charged with defiling a 14-year-old primary seven pupil at the school headed.
The head teacher would invite the victim into his office and order her to remove her clothes using his authority then he will sleep with her continuously whole classes are going on. The students noticed her frequent visits to the head teacher office raised an alarm, he was arrested and charged to court.
He pleaded guilty and confessed he used his authority to be sleeping with the teenager. He was found guilty and sentenced by court to 18 years in jail. He confessed he has been sleeping with the victim for the past 3 years since and the victim is a primary pupil.
