First Grade Magistrate Court in Lilongwe has granted bail to leaders of Human Rights Ambassadors who were arrested last week for organizing violent demonstrations against the judiciary.
The leaders are; Kinsley Mpaso, Billy Banda, Phunziro Mvula, Chimwemwe Mphepo, Edward Kampanje, Aubrey Harare, Jonathan Phiri and Victor Nyanyaliwa.
First Grade Magistrate Amran Phiri order the seven leaders to provide one surety each who are to pay K150, 000 cash and they have been ordered to pay K500, 000 non cash.
They have also been ordered to surrender travel documents and appear at regional Police once every fortnight.
