Leader of opposition Kondwani Nankhumwa has said he is saddened by the death of Mr. Abraham Msusa who is a father to Archbishop Thomas Luke Msusa of Blantyre Archdiocese.
“I am deeply saddened to learn about the passing of MR. ABRAHAM MSUSA, who was father to Archbishop Thomas Luke MSUSA of the Archdiocese of Blantyre,” said Nankhumwa.
Writing on his Facebook page, Nankhumwa said his heart is with the family of Msusa and the whole Catholic Church following the passing of Mr. Msusa.
“The late ABRAHAM MSUSA passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at Koche Community Hospital in Mangochi. I wish to extend my heartfelt condolences to Archbishop Thomas Luke Msusa, his entire family as well as the Catholic faithful in Malawi for this loss,” he said.
According to Nankhumwa, the late Msusa was a gentle and kind person who always put the needs of others first before his own.
