Chilima congratulates William Ruto for winning Kenya Presidential Polls

State Vice President Dr. Saulos Chilima has congratulated William Ruto for emerging victorious in Presidential polls in the United Republic of Kenya.

Ruto was declared the winner yesterday of Kenya’s closely-fought presidential election with 50.49% of the vote after a long wait that has put the nation on edge.

He takes over from Uhuru Kenyatta.

In a statement posted on his official facebook page Chilima wished well the President elect.
