Former MEC Commissioner Kunje Convicted, Remanded At Prison Awaiting Sentence

Reports reaching this publication former Electoral Commission commissioner Linda Kunje has been convicted for obstructing a presidential convoy an offence she committed in 2020.
The court has also revoked her bail and will be remanded at prison awaiting sentence.
Her former driver, Jones Tewesa, has also received a congruent verdict.
Both parties, defense and state will present aggravating and mitigating factors on 23 this month.
