The Malawi Energy Regulatory Authority (MERA) has attributed the coming in of Nigerian super star Kizz Daniel real name Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe as one of the reasons the country is experiencing shortage of fuel.
Starting from last week the country has been experiencing fuel crisis of which authorities have been dismissing.
Addressing the media this afternoon, MERA accompanied by the National Oil Company of Malawi (NOCMA) said it is not true that the country is experiencing fuel crisis.
However, MERA attributed to events that took place in Lilongwe including the football game between The Flames and Mozambican national football team and the Kizz Daniel show as some of the reasons.
NOCMA then assured Malawians that the problem will be solved as soon as possible adding that 1 million liters of oil are released per day.
