Commotion erupted on Sunday at Desert Ground in Bangwe Twonship in Blantyre where the opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) were holding a rally after stage collapsed and injuring some top officials in the party.
The development caused panic as some top officials were seen running for their dear life, forcing the Master of Ceremony to suspend the proceedings.
Meanwhile, the people who erected the stage are currently busy working to re-elect the stage
