The United Democratic Front (UDF) has conveyed it’s condolences to the Muluzi family following the passing of Lizzie Vachaan, mother in law of the party’s former president Atupele Muluzi.

According to the statement signed by UDF’s acting publicity secretary Yusuf Mwawa said the party has lost a loyal supporter who has been with the party in all seasons.

Mrs Vachaan died on Saturday, September 3, 2022 in India after a long battle with cancer.

Details for the burial of the late Mrs. Vachaan will be communicated later.
