Abusive Chinese walk free after being forgiven by their victim

THREE Chinese Nationals of Hyundar Investment company who were caught on camera beating a Zambian worker have been set free.

This is after the complainant Joseph Kambole forgave them and withdrew the charge

Magistrate Crispin Hampungani said the accused persons were free to go.

WU QING BIN, 33, Director, LIBING HUI,42, Manager and XU YIA, 33 denied beating Joseph Kambole.

The trio where charged one count of Assault Occasioning Actual bodily harm Contrary to Section 248 of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
