Well-known Afrobeat musician, Che Wikise, real name Frank Chawinga has been summoned by one of the real estate agencies in the country Atlas Realtors over his newly released hit single ‘Njoyako’.
The company signed Che Wikise as its brand ambassador where he agreed to help the company to win more customers to buy plots across the country.
But the new song seems to do the opposite hence the summoning.
“It has come to our attention that you have released a song ‘Njoyako’ which among other things talks about MK10,000 not being enough money to build a house. These lyrics are not in tandem with the contract you signed with Atlas Realtors , a company that you represents.
“This is a serious breach of a contract as the song is doing the opposite of what you signed for,” reads in part the summon seen by this publication.
