Unknown people in Zambia have murdered Mwense Council Chairperson Humphrey Kapapula.
According to reports, the murderers have also cut off his manhood and dumped his body near Palmwood Lodge in Mwense.
The country’s police are yet to confirm the murder of Kapapula and arrest the perpetrators.
At the moment reasons for the harmful act remains a mystery.
