Outspoken Catholic Bishop of Karonga Dr Martin Mtumbuka has said witchcraft is propagated by those whose minds are empty, faulty and bankrupt because witchcraft does not exists.
Mtumbuka was preaching and teaching students about the importance of education for the socioeconomic transformation of the country.
“Those who fail to send to you school are the ones who practice wizardry because in their minds ignorance tells them so. Go to developed countries like USA and Canada, such practices are not there because they believe in hardworking, education and in God,” said Mtumbuka.
