South African socialite Zodwa Wabantu has landed herself in trouble after she failed to show up to an evet she was already paid for it.
Ernest Shomolekae Kali is claiming that he booked the pantless dancer to entertain people at his Ke Moja Music Festival but Zodwa failed to show up.
According to Kali, he contacted Zodwa through her Facebook profiles after seeing her booking details.
“We booked her for our first event on April 29, 2022 in Upington, in Capetown, and paid R35, 000 but she never pitched,” he said.
After she failed to show up, Kali asked for a refund from her but she kept asking for their bank details, however, she never send back the money.
He added that the two came to an agreement that she will perform to their third annual show in Wolmaransstad on September 17 and they paid her an extra R5, 000 but again she did not show up.
At the moment, Kali is asking Zodwa to pay back his money.
When she was contacted Zodwa agreed to have met Ernest and said she will talk to him on her own.
