Malawi Congress Party (MCP) Secretary General Eisenhower Mkaka who is also Minister of Forestry and Natural Resources has been spotted in Phalombe distributing party regalia to supporters.
The exercise comes as President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera is today expected to invade the district where he will officially open the long awaited Phalombe District Hospital.
In the video clip, Mkaka who has been accompanied aspiring Member of Blantyre City West Charles Joshi and other top officials, are seen distributing the MCP cloth to women.
Phalombe is regarded as a stronghold of the opposition Democratic Progressive Party (DPP).
