Former Secretaries to President and Cabinet; Cliff Chiunda and Lloyd Muhara, including businessman Leston Mulli have today pleaded not guilty to all charges being leveled against them.

Mulli, who is managing director of Mulli Brothers Limited (MBL) Holdings and Chiunda were charged with conspiracy to defraud government through an arrangement to repay in 50 years a K5 billion loan from the Malawi Savings Bank (MSB) while Muhara received similar charge and another of abuse of office.

Dr Steven Kayuni Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) said the State is ready with disclosures and four witnesses that will only need two days to tender their testimony.
