State House speaks out on Chakwera’s plans to buy Presidential jet

State House has distanced President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera from rumours hovering on social media claiming that he is intending to buy Presidential Jet.

State House reaction follows photos circulating on social media showing the said Presidential Jet which the Tonse Alliance government is intending to buy.

The rumour has attracted backlash with many criticizing President Chakwera on the matter.

But State House Press Officer Anthony Kasunda has trashed the rumours, describing it as fake aimed at denting Chakwera’s image.

Kasunda explained that there are no plans to buy a presidential jet.
