Police in Zomba are keeping in custody six suspects over a series of robberies in the district.
The suspects were arrested over the weekend in different locations in Zomba whilst offering for sale the stolen items.
Zomba Police spokesperson Patricia Sipiliano said police officers managed to recover some of the stolen items.
“The items include four plasma TV screens, two home theaters, four Lifo motorcycles, four big speakers and samsung tablets.
“All these items are being kept at Zomba Police pending for identification by the owners,” Sipiliano said.
