Police in Zambian have arrested a 36 year old man Sitwala Sitwala Lubinda for allegedly sleeping with his 11 year old biological daughter.
According to reports the man who is also a person living with disability committed the offense on October 2020.
According to the facts before the Court, Lubinda went home drunk and dragged the girl from the water pump where she had gone to fetch water, into the house where had canal knowledge of her.
The accused, who has an amputated hand, pleaded not guilty to the matter.
Magistrate Pasmall Mweetwa has since set 26th November, 2022 for judgment.
