The Tonse Alliance government of President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera will spend a whopping Mk422, 557,735.99 in rehabilitation works of the Chief Justice’s official residence in Nyambadwe Township in Blantyre.
This has been revealed in a notice of Intention to award a contract that Malawi Judiciary issued on 24th of October 2022 seen by this publication.
According to the notice, the Tonse Alliance government intends to award a contract to CPL Construction for the Rehabilitation works.
The rehabilitation works of the residence will take almost K422,557,735.99 to be completed.
