Leader of Citizens Against Impunity and Corruption Joshua Chisa Mbele has joined Blantyre mass demonstrations.

Chisa Mbele joined the protests at Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital as they proceed to Blantyre City Council to deliver their petition.

However, there are no placards and the people taking part in the demonstrations are walking peacefully with heavy security patronage.

Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) councilor Leonard Chimbanga is one of the people taking part in the demonstrations.

Tomorrow, Chisa Mbele and other people will lead people into the streets in Lilongwe.

According to Chisa Mbele, time has come to tell President Lazarus Chakwera that Malawians have had enough.

Citing high cost of living and corruption as main reasons prompting them to  demonstrate.
