Court for interparte hearing on CHANCO closure

Zomba High Court has called for an interparte hearing in a matter where University of Malawi (Unima) students are seeking an injunction against the closure of the university.
The development means that the institution will remain closed as ordered by the Council.
The students representative council has been told to serve on university lawyers all documents by 9am tomorrow.
The interparte hearing is scheduled for 9am on Friday.
