Information reaching this publication indicates that a vehicle Nissan ex-trail has been extensively damaged by fire at Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC) car park in the capital Lilongwe.
The vehicle is said to have caught fire after a phone which was on charge blew up, the source told this publication.
Well-wishers and the fire team from BICC rushed to the scene and managed to put out the fire
No one has been injured in the fire accident.
