The Human Rights defenders Coalition (HRDC) has given President Lazarus Chakwera 21 days to address and fix the fuel situation.
The Coalition was speaking today in Lilongwe where they addressed the press on socio economic challenges rocking the country.

Adding to that the Coalition has called on Chakwera to find desirable solutions to address the Affordable Input Programme (AIP) mess.
According to Trapence, failure to address the demands will attract mass demonstrations on December 7, 2022.
Trapence also bemoaned president Chakwera’s continued local and foreign trips saying they are contributing to scarcity of forex in the country.
According to Trapence, Chakwera should minimize his trips instead he should be delegating his ministers.
