Joseph from Nairobi has revealed how he faced rejection when he was working in a Mortuary but the one that pained her was when his wife packed everything and left days after learning he was working in a Mortuary.
According to him, he met his wife when he was working at the construction site.
A friend later connected him to a job where he was trimming flowers in the Mortuary compound.
He was later told to work as a Mortuary attendant but according to him, he didn’t tell his wife that he was working in a Mortuary.
He added that the wife was asking him where he was getting the money.
According to him, the salary was good compared to when he was working on construction sites.
One day his wife’s friend lost her mother.
On the burial day, his wife took the family to the morgue where he was working.
Unfortunately on that day, he was the one on duty too. He was not aware that his wife will go there.
When she saw him, she was shocked and started crying.
People thought she was crying because of the deceased but she was carrying because of her husband.
That evening she was angry and told him that she can’t live with him while working in a Mortuary.
He tried to convince him it is a job like any other but she didn’t listen.
The following day the landlord called him and informed him that his wife packed everything and left.
