Police in Blantyre are keeping in custody Baxton Kamaha, 32 and Mike Samuel, 26, on suspicion that they broke into M.M.K buildings and went away with five laptops worthy K2,350,000.
It is alleged that the duo on November 1 and 7, 2022 respectively broke into the said offices in Blantyre where they stole five laptops belonging to Perican Cargo Services and Field Cop International.
The matter was reported at Blantyre Police Station who initiated investigations and the detectives arrested the two(date and place). They also recovered all the stolen five laptops.
Both will appear before court to answer the charge of breaking into building and committing a ferony therein.
Meanwhile police in the district are thankful to members of the public for their tireless efforts by giving credible information to the police that are leading to success.
Baxton Kamaha comes from Nyalugwe Village, Traditional Authority Lundu while Mike Samuel is from Lundu Village in Traditional Authority Chigalu in Blantyre District.
