President Lazarus Chakwera has Malawi will continue to push for its due share of climate financing.

Chakwera said this upon arrival at the Kamuzu International Airport from Sharm El-Sheikh in Egypt, where he attended the 27th Conference of Parties (CoP27).

Chakwera also said the meeting has helped him since he had a chance to share about social economic challenges currently faced by Malawians.

‘’The trip has inspired me a lot because we negotiated various things about the country’’, said Chakwera.

The conference was about fighting against Climate Change in African Countries.

Chakwera left the country last week Saturday.
