Murder suspects escape lawful police custody in Mzuzu

Four people nabbed for murder and robbery charges have escaped from Mzuzu Police Station last night.

Paul Tembo, Mzuzu police publicist has confirmed the development.

According to Tembo, one of the four has been recaptured and is in for questioning.

He has since asked the public to report to the police if they come across suspicious people in their communities.
