Buluma resigns as NOCMA Acting CEO

National Oil Company of Malawi (NOCMA) Acting Chief Executive Officer Helen Buluma has finally resigned from her post with effect from November 14, 2022.

This has been revealed in a letter addressed to NOCMA Board Chair Colleen Zamba who is also Chief Secretary to the Office of the President and Cabinet.

In the letter, Buluma has accused Zamba of pressuring her to bring in other new suppliers in oil procurement.
