Alleged killer of the late Zambian Doctor Tasila Tembo has told the court that the late Tembo was cheating on him with a Pastor named Jimmy.
Nigel Mwaba, a former Zambian army lieutenant has been found with a case in connection with the death of Dr Tembo.
Appearing before Judge Wilfred Muma at Lusaka High court, Mwaba said the late Lungu died after she jumped off a moving vehicle during an argument.
According to Mwaba, he grabbed her phone while questioning her why she was having an affair with the said pastor.
The accused narrated that the deceased tried to get back the phone on which he found pornographic pictures shared through WhatsApp between the physician and Jimmy.
