Kenyan President Dr. William Samoei Ruto who was elected under the United Democratic Alliance UDA party ticket is now outside Kenya working day and night to ensure that he achieves the promises he made to Kenyans.
The UDA party leader was spotted with two Cabinet Secretaries, the Cabinet Secretary for Trade, Investment and Industry Hon Moses Kuria and Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture CS Mithika Linturi.
However, one of the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya allies Alinur Mohamed noted some changes on President Ruto’s feet in that photo. According to the post, it seems that the feet of Dr Ruto had swollen a bit and it raised some concern.
“The President’s feet though…is this some medical condition?” Alinur asked on his official Twitter account platform. However, some of the Kenyans reacted telling Alinur that it happens when someone travels for a long distance.
