For three months now, Mua School for the deaf has been operating without electricity, this has made the learning process not to go on well.
Headteacher of Mua, Henry Chiwaya said computer lessons and night lessons have been suspended due to the blackout and communication with the deaf leaners is very hard.
According to Chiwaya, water is supplied through electricity, and sanitation is being affected due to the blackout.
Assistant spokesperson for Escom, Peter Kanjere said the problem will be solved by installing a transformer.
