NKHOTAKOTA WILD RESERVE MANAGEMENT TO SPEND 300 MILLION IN MAINTANING ELECTRIC FENCE

Nkhotakota Wild Reserve management will spend 300 million kwacha in maintaining the electric fence that was vandalized by human and animals.

The management said this during a tour by a group of traditional leaders from areas surrounding the forest reserve.

According to Manager of the forest reserve David Nangoma, the vandalism has been done at distance of 20 kilometers and an amount of 300 million kwacha will be spent to maintain the fence.

Senior Chief Kanyenda presenting the traditional leaders, said they will try their best to make sure people stops vandalizing the fence.
