Thieves ransack Thyolo Teachers SACCO’s office

A gang of armed robbers has broken into part of Chiradzulu Post office which houses Thyolo Teachers SACCO and stole cash whose amount the authorities are yet to establish.
In the overnight heist, the robbers went away with an Ipad containing list of members for the savings and credit cooperatives.
There also testimonies of Chiradzulu residents who said, robbers also broke into some houses around the district headquarters, ‘boma’ stealing assorted valuable items.
Officer In-charge for Chiradzulu Police Andule Mwakikunga has confirmed of the development.
Mwakikunga said the law enforcers have launched a manhunt.
