Tadikira Mafubza, a step son to former President Peter Mutharika has been with human trafficking offences after being implicated in mass grave discovered in Mzimba district a month ago.
Lawyer for Tadikira, Gilbert Khonyongwa has confirmed of the development in an interview with the press.
Khonyonga also revealed that the driver who is suspected to have been used to transport and dump the bodies in the forest sundered himself to police.
The driver has been identified as Sam Nayeja.
Tadikira and the driver will appear in court for formal charges today.
