The case of former President Peter Mutharika’s stepson Tadikira Mafubza has been referred to Mzuzu High court from Lilongwe Magistrate court following the prosecution’s request.

Tadikira and his four accomplices, David Luhanga, Thomas Gidson, Samuel Navaya and Duncan Kalulu, have been charged with two counts, including murder, during his court this afternoon.

He was arrested on Wednesday after being linked to the discovery of a mass grave last month in Mzimba, containing 30 bodies believed to be Ethiopian immigrants.
