Prophetess Mary Bushiri on Thursday made a surprise visits to 12 contestants who are battling out for the 2022 Miss Malawi.
Bushiri’s wife was accompanied by some top officials of the Enlightened Christian Gathering (ECG) church which is headed by her husband, Prophet Shepherd Bushiri.
The Prophetess encouraged the contestants to believe in themselves ahead of the grand finale.
The girls were also motivated by Zambia based 2005 Miss Malawi Rachel Landsom who is also one of the judges.
The grand finale for 2022 Miss Malawi contest will be held this coming Saturday at Bingu International Conference Centre (BICC) in the capital Lilongwe.
First lady Monica Chakwera will grace the ceremony, according to the organizers.
