Police in Thyolo are keeping in custody two men for killing two women from the district in brutal circumstances two weeks ago.

The district’s police deputy publicist, Rabecca Kashoti has identified the two suspects as Kondwani Manyawa aged 18 and Yamikani Bwanali aged 18.

The deceased were found dead in their home at Waluna Village Traditional Authority Chimaliro in Thyolo, their legs and arms bond with mosquito net and covered with cloth.

The dead bodies were identified as Ayana Wyson, 84 and Belita Iron, 65.

Both suspects hail from Chaona Village, Traditional Authority Chimaliro in the district.
