Director of Public Proscution (DPP) Steven Kayuni has been suspended from duties for being behand the arrest of Anti-Corruption Buraue (ACB) Director General Martha Chizuma.
Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs Titus Mvalo has announced this in a statement delivered in the National Assembly.
According to Mvalo, Chakwera has since constituted a commission of inquiry to establish the root cause of the arrest of Chizuma.
Meanwhile, Mvalo has condemned the arrest of Chizuma.
